Come to Gloucester, Massachusetts for a day designed entirely around your relationship. Work with a licensed therapist, regulate your nervous system together, and leave with tools that actually change how you show up for each other.

The Invitation

What if you could stop reacting and start truly meeting each other?

Most couples therapy puts the relationship at the center. I don’t. I put the individual first, because a strong relationship is built by two people who each know how to take care of themselves, regulate their own nervous system, and show up without handing their load to someone who is already carrying their own.

Think of it like two people climbing a mountain together, each carrying a backpack. If one of them is struggling, they turn to their partner and say “this is hard” and the partner says “I know, I’m right here.” What they don’t do is hand over their bag. Because their partner is already carrying their own.

That’s the foundation this intensive is designed to build. Not a relationship where you depend on each other to manage your emotions, but one where you each have tools to regulate yourself, and from that place you can genuinely show up for each other. That’s what it means to be on the same frequency. That’s what resonance actually feels like.

This isn’t therapy. This is something different. You’ll leave with daily exercises, a shared framework, and practices you can both work with so that your relationship becomes a source of energy rather than depletion.

You’re in the right place if...

01

You’re building a foundation

You’re engaged or stepping into something deeper and you want to start it right. Not just with good intentions but with real tools and a common language you can both draw on.

02

You’ve drifted and want to reconnect

Somewhere along the way you started operating like roommates. Maybe there hasn’t even been conflict, but you’re a little shut down, not really on the same page, not syncing up. You want to change that.

03

You want tools, not years of therapy

You don’t want to sit across from each other week after week in a therapist’s office. You want to understand what’s getting in the way, learn some real exercises, and move forward.

04

You want your relationship to be a source of energy and calm

Your relationship should be one of the greatest sources of energy in your life and also a place where you can come back to yourself together. Learning techniques to support both is what this is about.

The Experience

The Experience, Step by Step

Relational Resonance is held at a private home in Gloucester, MA, a beautiful coastal setting that invites you to arrive differently than you would at an office.

Before

Your Intake Session

We begin with a private 60-minute Zoom call. You share what you’re hoping for, what feels stuck, what you want to build. From there, I curate your day so that every element is designed specifically for the two of you.

Arrive

Drop Into Your Body (Optional Infrared Sauna)

Your day begins with an optional infrared sauna session. This is intentional preparation, not a luxury extra. You cannot connect deeply when you are still carrying the week. The sauna gives your nervous system permission to land before the real work begins.

The Work

Couples Coaching

This is where we address what you came for. Drawing directly from your intake session, we work through the specific dynamics, patterns, and goals you brought with you. You’ll leave with clear frameworks for communication, connection, and staying on the same team when things get hard. Think of it as building the operating system for your relationship.

The Practice

Yogic Partner Practices

Facing each other, you’ll move through breathwork, mantra, and meditation designed specifically for couples. These practices work quickly to activate the conscious mind and quiet the reactive patterns that get in the way of real connection. You’ll also receive guidance on short daily practices you can take home, a few minutes each day that can shift the entire tone of your life together.

Integrate

Gong Sound Bath

A live gong sound bath closes the intensive. The gong works at a deep level to release subconscious patterns held in both the mind and the body, the same patterns that drive reactivity and disconnection in relationships. This is not simply relaxation. It is an opportunity to let go of what has been running beneath the surface so you can show up more fully as yourself, and to each other.

After

Your Afternoon in Gloucester

You’re encouraged to stay. Good Harbor Beach, one of the most renowned beaches in New England, is just minutes away. Gloucester and nearby Rockport offer waterfront restaurants, galleries, and rocky coastline to explore together. Novel experiences deepen connection. This is your date, with real depth behind it.

Follow-up

Integration Call

A week or two after your intensive, we reconnect on a 60-minute Zoom call to see how the practices and frameworks are landing, answer questions, and anchor what you’ve learned into your daily life together.

What You Take Home

You leave with more than a good day

Every couple leaves Relational Resonance with something concrete: a personalized framework and daily practice designed to keep you connected, regulated, and on the same team long after the intensive is over.

A shared daily practice you can do together in minutes

Clear frameworks for communication and staying connected under stress

Tools to de-escalate quickly when old patterns surface

A new felt sense of what it means to truly be on the same team

The memory of a day that reminded you why you chose each other

Why Gloucester matters

There is real science behind why this experience happens here and not in an office. Novel environments lower our defenses. When we are somewhere beautiful and unfamiliar, our nervous systems open. We become more curious, more present, more available to each other.

Gloucester sits on Cape Ann, just minutes from the charming village of Rockport. Good Harbor Beach, one of the most renowned beaches in New England, is a short walk from where your intensive takes place, making it the perfect place to wander together after your day and let everything land.

Coming here is already an act of intention. You have decided to invest in this. The setting honors that.

About Natalia

Natalia Rosenbaum

I’m a licensed therapist, author, and Kundalini yoga teacher with over a decade in private practice working with individuals and couples. My book, Self-Activated Therapy: A Kundalini Yoga Handbook for Therapist Resilience and Thriving Clients, grew directly out of what I was seeing work in my private practice. Relational Resonance draws on the depth of all of it.

I’ll be honest — I learned a lot of this the hard way. For years, younger parts of myself were running the show in my relationships. I suffered through patterns I couldn’t see clearly until I found exercises that actually worked. It’s only in recent years, in my current relationship, that I’ve experienced what it feels like to operate from a different place entirely. A higher frequency. A clearer mind. Real connection.

That shift didn’t come from talk therapy alone. It came from daily techniques, breathwork and mantra, working with the body and the mind together, that gradually changed my relationship with my own reactivity. And what I’ve seen over and over in my work is that when people have these tools, everything changes. Not just in how they feel, but in how they show up for the people they love.

That’s why I created Relational Resonance. And that’s what I bring into the room with every couple I work with.

Common Questions

Questions I Hear Often

What if one of us is skeptical?

That is actually pretty common. The practices are grounding and practical, not esoteric. Most skeptics find they get just as much out of the day as their partner.

Do we need any experience with yoga or meditation?

No experience needed at all. The practices are simple, accessible, and guided from start to finish.

What should we wear?

Comfortable, casual clothing you can move in. If you are planning to use the infrared sauna, bring a change of clothes and a swimsuit or whatever you are comfortable in. Towels and a shower are provided.

What should we bring?

Just yourselves. Snacks are provided. If you are planning to explore Gloucester or Good Harbor Beach afterward, you may want to bring a bag for the beach.

Is parking available?

Yes. Free street parking is available directly outside. The home is also a 5-minute Uber ride from the Gloucester Commuter Rail station, making it easy to get here from Boston without a car.

Is this right for us regardless of where we are in our relationship?

Yes. Relational Resonance is open to couples at any stage: newly together, long-term, premarital, or anywhere in between. All couples are welcome, including LGBTQ+ couples. If you are wondering whether this is a good fit for your specific situation, the discovery call is the right place to talk it through.

Is this available virtually?

Yes. A virtual format is available for couples who are unable to travel to Gloucester. The experience is adapted for online delivery and is equally focused and intensive, though it does not include the infrared sauna or in-person elements. Reach out to discuss what that would look like for you.

Is this therapy?

No. Relational Resonance is coaching, not therapy. If you are looking for ongoing individual or couples therapy, feel free to email me at nataliarosenbaum@gmail.com

How far in advance should we book?

Spots are limited to a few couples per month. I recommend reaching out at least 2 to 3 weeks ahead of your preferred date.

What is the cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit holds your date and is fully refundable up to 2 weeks before your intensive. Within 2 weeks, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied toward a rescheduled date within 6 months.
